Property Inventories London

Property Inventory in London

It’s an excellent idea to get property inventories before and after you rent out your property.A property inventory is a highly detailed document that carefully observes the condition of your entire property. A reliable property inventory will have at least 20 pages to it, in addition to photos and descriptions of the property. It will even have a glossary of the terms contained within the document to explain what the descriptions actually mean. It will also record the cleanliness of the property.

We have a lot of experience performing these inspections and we include over 100 photographs in your property inventory to make it as thorough as possible. The more detailed that the property inventory is, the more likely you are going to win you case if there is a deposit dispute. This should be done as close to the tenant moving in and out so that the records are accurate.

Property Inventory in London

How much does it cost for a Property Inventory in London?

Please note:

Extra rooms such as en-suite bathrooms, garage, second lounge, conservatory etc within the property are priced at a flat rate of £15.00 per room on top of the price stated, as each will have a separate entry for inspection in the report and therefore take more time to inspect.

Payment Terms: Payment is required once the inventory inspection is complete on the day or before the inspection is carried out. Payment is required before the landlord, agent or the tenant receives the report.

Inventory and Check In is carried out on the day, just before your tenants move in. This will ensure that only one visit will be required thereby saving money as we offer a reduced rate for a combined Inventory and Check In service.

Missed Appointments: If you fail to notify us within 24 hours or miss appointments, we charge £60.00 cancellation fee – this is to cover travel time and cost and also covers the lost revenue from undertaking another job elsewhere.

Do you take a lot of photos in your Inventories in London?
