Property Inventories Bracknell

Property Inventory in Bracknell

Letting agents and landlords want to protect their investment property, which means that a professional property inventory is essential. What is included in a property inventory? This report is totally comprehensive, taking a detailed look at the property. It will cover the cleanliness of the property. The property inventory will also cover the condition of the interior, including the doors, flooring, woodwork, and carpets. It will also look at the exterior areas if applicable, such as gates, gardens, driveways, and fencing. The property inventory also ensures that the garages and sheds are cleaned out and empty of items that don’t belong there.

It is important that the property inventory covers all of these areas and also provides pictures and detailed descriptions to make a thorough report. A truly comprehensive report like the ones drafted by our company, will be over 20 pages long and includes more than 100 photographs that adequately portray the property.

How much does it cost for a Property Inventory in Bracknell?

Please note:

Extra rooms such as en-suite bathrooms, garage, second lounge, conservatory etc within the property are priced at a flat rate of £15.00 per room on top of the price stated, as each will have a separate entry for inspection in the report and therefore take more time to inspect.

Payment Terms: Payment is required once the inventory inspection is complete on the day or before the inspection is carried out. Payment is required before the landlord, agent or the tenant receives the report.

Inventory and Check In is carried out on the day, just before your tenants move in. This will ensure that only one visit will be required thereby saving money as we offer a reduced rate for a combined Inventory and Check In service.

Missed Appointments: If you fail to notify us within 24 hours or miss appointments, we charge £60.00 cancellation fee – this is to cover travel time and cost and also covers the lost revenue from undertaking another job elsewhere.

Bracknell

Bracknell is a larger town that is located in Berkshire. It has a population of about 84,000. This large town has roots in the prehistoric times. One of the oldest buildings in the town is the 17th century “Old Manor” house. It was originally a market town, but it saw a lot of growth during the middle part of the 20th century. In the aftermath of World War II, this town became known as a “new town” in 1949. In recent years, there has been a goal to completely revitalize this old area to make it more modern though the initial attempts were rejected. After this, it saw great growth due to the construction of many shops in restaurants.
